TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care shift coverage in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is a short-term coverage opportunity for a qualified provider with recent, relevant primary care experience.

Setting: Outpatient primary care

Minimum Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licensure: Active North Carolina NP or PA license

Credentialing:
Must be Medicaid and Medicare credentialed in North Carolina
PECOS enrollment required
DEA: Active DEA with NC address
Certifications: BLS required, ACLS, and PALS would be appreciated (American Heart Association)
Clinical Recency: Recent specialty experience within the last 24 months
Malpractice: No recent or open malpractice cases
Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated

Additional Notes
Provider must be able to work independently
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills required
Ideal for providers seeking short-term or supplemental coverage opportunities
