The facility offers both urgent care and occupational health services, providing comprehensive care to the community. The clinic features modern medical equipment and utilizes the Anthem EMR system for efficient documentation.
**Opportunity:** BLS-Board Certified This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant with experience in urgent care and occupational health. You'll work autonomously with physician support available via phone, providing care across multiple locations based on your preferences and interests.
**Job Details:** * Ongoing coverage needed at multiple potential locations including South Main, Winchester Gateway, Pantops, and Charlottesville * Practice in an urgent care setting that also offers occupational health services * Provide episodic care and injury treatment to diverse patient population including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients * Work autonomously with supervising physician available via phone * Utilize Anthem EMR system for documentation * Commitment of minimum 36 hours (3x12s) per week with rotating weekends * Local providers preferred with mileage reimbursement available at IRS standard rate * Must maintain active Virginia license, BLS certification, board certification (NCCPA), and DEA
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
