Join a non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality palliative care. We're seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience to join our team in Wilmington, NC. Our 100% outpatient model offers a guaranteed base salary and a focused approach to caring for patients with end-of-life illnesses.

About the Role:

• 100% Out-patient Palliative Care: Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • No nights, call, or weekends 
• Work independently with the support of a dedicated physician team available via phone
• Collaborate with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Competitive base salary based on experience

• 35 days of PTO, 403b with up to a 5% match, and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is required
  • Hospice, palliative care, or oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory
